Meal Prepping | Healthy Chicken Pad Thai with Noma Lim Kit
This week, for our dinner recipe (I am starting out only doing 1 meal a week), we are making a Healthy Chicken Pad Thai using the Noma Lim Kit I received from Imperfect Foods. If you don't have the kit, that's okay. Instead just grab some brown rice noodles, but we are using the kit for this particular recipe.
Below is a list of everything we will need for this meal AND the Blueberry bread. With using the full pad Thai kit, this should be plenty for 1 person for 4-5 days this week. Feel free to take the image, save it, and print it so you can take it with you to the store.
